As Educators of very small children, we understand this is probably your child’s first experience in a school setting. One job, as their teachers, is to expose them to a variety of media and foster their development. Our Curriculum demonstrates a wealth of opportunities through “Hands-On” experiences to enhance the following:
  • Cognitive Skills
  • Social Interaction
  • Creativity
  • Self Confidence
  • Curiosity for Learning
  • Small Motor Skills
The activities that we put into practice will help bridge your child’s development, master their skills, and prepare them for our Pre-K program.

Preschool Educators play an important role in laying a strong foundation for the holistic development of young children. One challenge of the Pre-K teacher is to design and execute a program that assures that all children entering Kindergarten will have a basic knowledge of:
  • Oral Language//Vocabulary Development
  • Alphabet Recognition/ Upper and Lower Case
  • Phonological Awareness
  • Concepts of Print/Pencil grip
  • Correct Letter Formation
  • Rhyming
  • Left to Right Sequence
  • Introduction to Sentence Structure
  • Number Concepts
Each year, we research critical components of early literacy, and review the surrounding school districts instructional strategies. We have implemented a “Hands-On” / “Age Appropriate” instructional strategy and curriculum to foster your child’s development and provide a smooth transition to any Kindergarten classroom.
